We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakdown Customer Care/Sales and Renewals Handlerto join our team who will provide an efficient and professional service to our clients by offering the highest levels of Customer service whilst carrying out day to day administration ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently within the agreed timescales.

To provide a friendly and helpful service displaying your passion for customer service
To process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
Collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments
To solve customer queries throughout the life of their policy
To provide assistance on a surge basis to our Breakdown Claims Advisors by answering calls and arranging the relevant level of service on a case by case basis.
Provide training and coaching when required
Building and maintaining long standing client relationships
Excellent customer service skills the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
