~ Key Responsibilities for the Sales Accounts Administrator:
Monitoring stock and orders, liaising with suppliers and couriers to fulfil orders efficiently
Update customer database and maintain relevant records
Liaise and support colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the administration function
For this Sales Accounts Administrator role the employer is looking for:
Experience with accounts admin relating to quotes, figures and invoicing
Experience within a customer focused role with strong administration expertise
Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous knowledge/use of a CRM system would be useful
