Teaching Assistants needed in Oswestry

Aspire People are looking to employ a TA to work with a local school who are looking for experienced staff who are capable of working collaboratively with the teacher across year groups. This is to cover in a Primary School on a supply basis. We are looking for flexible educators, who can use their initiative to transfer their skills across all key stages.

Ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils.

Adhere to school policies.

A variety of different schools and nurseries across Lincolnshire.

250 refer a friend scheme, refer a teacher or TA and receive this bonus when they go out to work for us.
