What you'll be doing;

  • Managing the agreed Capital Programme for the business

  • Managing the Asset Improvement Contract (AIC)

  • Delivering Capital projects in line with CAPEX plan to cost time and quality

  • Developing processes to deliver Capital Programme and management of contractors

  • Management of Capital Delivery Team

  • Management of contractors

  • Contract preparation and Management



What we're looking for;

  • Experienced professional engineer with water industry experience in both potable water and waste water.

  • Project and Programme Management experience.

  • Leadership, management and development of teams

  • Experience of managing programs of work and developing Capital Programs of work

  • Experience of developing project processes including Health and Safety

  • Experience of delivering Capital Projects to time cost and quality

  • Experience of project design and project definition

  • Experience of budgetary control and financial closure of projects

  • Experience of tendering processes, pre-tender documentation, review of tenders, tender awarding.

  • Stakeholder management both internal and external.
