Day-to-day, you’ll work with learners via remote technology and in some case at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship standard, including delivery of the Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5 to successful completion of the programme. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.

What will you bring to the role?

Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Human Resources
Recognised qualifications in HR (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5 or above
Recognised qualifications in coaching or mentoring (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 3 or above
GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
Experience of working autonomously
Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
Excellent communication, presenting and listening skills
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
