Job Description
We are looking for a highly credible and passionate Contact Centre BPO Account Director / VP of Client Services to join our clients growing operations. The organisation have sites throughout the UK and internationally and this role is to specifically focus on the UK client base.
** PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role, however, the successful individual will need to be able to get to London 2 days per week so please only express an interest if that is feasible for you.
Role: BPO SVP Account Management
Location: Hybrid (London 2 x days per week)
Package: 130 – 140k + bonus + bens
Essential experience: Customer Contact / Contact Centre Outsourcing Account Leadership
Facing off to the end client the ideal candidate for this role will be flexible with changing and challenging workloads, will be able to demonstrate success in managing a client in this capacity, understanding their expectations, and delivering change in order to improve performance. You’ll have an extensive background in Customer Contact and Outsourcing and will be well used to leading on client relationships.
Key Responsibilities in role:
- Day-to-day client contact ensuring clear communications between the client, internal stakeholders, fellow Directors / VP’s and operations
- Driving continuous improvement agenda, working in partnership with internal, external colleagues and the client
- Delivery of monthly and quarterly business reviews
- The identification of growth potential in the account and working with internal teams to develop into meaningful and attractive service lines
- Working with the client to manage the implementation of campaign change
This is a superb role for a highly gifted, experienced Outsourcing professional to join an organisation who are successfully capitalising on award winning technology and service delivery, attracting and winning new clients both those brand new to outsourcing and those who are moving partner.
