Are you a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant looking for a new role? Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work within a two-form entry village primary school in Tewkesbury, to join their team on a full-time basis. The school has recently been rated ‘good’ by OFSTED, with the report stating that; ‘Pupils feel safe and secure in the school's welcoming and caring environment. As a result, they gain good self-confidence, learn to care for others and behave extremely well’.

The school are looking for candidates who are willing to commit to a long-term position to ensure consistency for the children. The role is to start straight away and to continue provisionally until the end of the academic year.

This is a long-term position in a thriving little school. We are looking for a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant for an immediate start and to continue until the end of the academic year. This role has the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Required Skills and Experience for this SEN Teaching Assistant role:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Previous experience in a UK Primary School
Committed to long term role
Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
The benefits of an SEN Teaching Assistant working for Flourish Education:

Up to £95 per day which equates to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
Up to £100 welcome to the team bonus

This Teaching Assistant opportunity is located in Tewkesbury, and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas including Cheltenham and Gloucester. The school has an onsite carpark, and is easily accessible via public transport.
