Production & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations. Manage audits, risk assessments, and external compliance checks.
Supply Chain: Minimise inventory and optimise supply chain efficiency. Negotiate transport contracts, coordinate Customs, ensure warehouse compliance.
Oversee staff training, HR issues, and performance management.
Projects: Plan and implement strategic projects with leadership.
