We are working with a direct to consumer manufacturing business who are going through a period of growth and expanding their market presence, looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head of Brand responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading a talented team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives and be the driving force behind their brand identity and product portfolio.

Brand Management: Enhance and maintain each individual brand identity within the portfolio, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, across the 360-marketing mix.
Digital Marketing: Partner with Head of E-Commerce to drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders.
Extensive experience in brand management and product management within a direct-to-consumer retail environment.
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management, with a track record of successful product launches.
