Drum Teacher – Visiting Music Teacher (VMT)
e are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified visiting music drum teacher who is an excellent practitioner in their field. The successful candidate should have experience of preparing students for Rock School. Students are extremely enthusiastic about their music lessons and enjoy a wide range of repertoire; the two annual rock concerts are hugely popular and several bands are run by members of staff but kit players also engage in the Swing Band, Jazz Band, Concert Band and Lower School Ensemble.
Drums are highly popular at St John’s and we anticipate over 30 pupils could require lessons across 30 weeks of the academic year. Please apply online via our school website.
