Look no further We are currently seeking a talented Roofing and Cladding Estimator to join our team based in Durham. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring the success of our roofing and cladding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
# Conduct thorough assessments of project specifications and requirements.
# Prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
# Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
# Analyze project risks and opportunities to develop competitive bids.
# Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
# Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements.

Requirements:
# Proven experience as an estimator in the roofing and cladding industry.
# Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.
# Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
# Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
# Effective communication and negotiation skills.
# Valid driver's license.
