We are looking for a methodical and process driven person to join our successful and welcoming White Collar Water team on a busy desk. You’ll recruit for Design & CAD Engineers, Water Modulars and Projects Managers where you will be supported
Manage candidates & clients through the recruitment process, including managing the expectations of both parties.
Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
Wherever possible utilise Delivery or Trainee Consultants to fulfil client requirements (allowing you to focus on client development & sales).
Uphold high standards of data integrity across all records that you encounter.
Build your network of clients & candidates to ensure you become the ‘go to’ Sales Consultant for your specialist area.
