We are looking for a dynamic, professional and experienced Events Sales Executive to join our team on the start of this exciting journey.

The aim of this position is to boost revenue and profitability by actively promoting and selling facilities and services to a range of clients, including internal staff, corporate clients, organisations, schools, groups, and agents. The main focus is on maintaining existing client relationships and fostering repeat business, with some involvement in researching new opportunities through channels like social media and networking. The role involves working closely with the Events Sales Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery and smooth booking transitions.

Planning and Development:

* Aid in growing internal and external event business, repeat contracted business, and summer letting business in both existing and new markets, ensuring deals are strategically sound and profitable.

* Assist in marketing efforts to ensure consistency across different platforms, utilising techniques like media planning, upselling, and cross-selling.

* Support campaigns across various channels including virtual events, email marketing, targeted advertising, partner/sponsor marketing, websites, PR, and sales materials.

* Prepare performance reports as needed by the Events Sales Manager or Events Sales Development Manager.

Customer Relationship and Sales:

* Sell multiple venues and facility hire, along with additional services, to both new and existing customers.

* Conduct negotiations and arrange site meetings, providing thorough tours of facilities to prospective clients.

* Assist with the updating of promotional materials, both online and offline, including website and general content, advertisements, and social media marketing.

Financial Management:

* Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Business Manager to onboard new clients in the finance system and ensure timely setup.

* Assist Events Sales Managers in accurately completing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports on time.
