Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid About Us. The Recruitment Fix has become a well- recognised and trusted name in the engineering and manufacturing recruitment sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruiter who is looking for a working environment away from the normal 9-5 and requires excellent earning opportunities whilst also enjoying the flexibility to achieve your desired work / life balance. About you

  • You have been working within a 360 Recruitment role
  • Be confident to establish and grow your own client base within permanent/temporary recruitment
  • You will be accountable for you own performance, however, autonomy and results driven flexibility will be a driving factor for you
  • You will also have a real belief in your proven abilities and potential
  • Ability to commute to the office in Rochdale 2 to 3 days per week
The Job
  • You will be a key part of our company’s growth and create your own career path
  • You will be based at home and in the office as required, and will find the right balance for you to be successful
  • Focusing predominantly on permanent recruitment in specific sectors that you are confident with
  • You will get all the tools and support required to be successful
