Alexander Steele Recruitment is supporting a food manufacturing business in Edinburgh as they are looking to appoint a Production Manager.

Bonus

* Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

* 29 days annual leave

You will have responsibility for the management and operations of their skilled production, packing and dispatch teams. Production Manager Responsibilities:

* Implementing the site training plan

* Helping with HR and payroll administration

* Managing annual leave and sickness absence

* Managing and monitoring traceability of all raw materials and finished products

* Maintaining the site QMS and HACCP plan, and ensuring the site meets all food safety/legal and quality requirements

* Responsible for food safety/legal and quality decisions

* Managing & monitoring CCPs

* Helping with the NPD process

* Managing Food Defence & Authenticity - TACCP Plan

You must have food manufacturing experience

* An already well-established production manager or a supervisor who is looking for their first management role
