Regional Director of Quality and Compliance

Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of an established domiciliary care business, who are looking for an experienced Area Manager to cover domiciliary care branches based across the Liverpool and Greater Manchester area.
Within this role, you will be expected to help the wider operational teams and offices with service delivery, including relief management support when needed. Ensuring that operational processes are compliant and continuously improving as well as carrying out projects and managing them according to organizational goals and priorities. Lead the review and development of compliance and rostering systems.
* Create and update training materials.
* Address system issues with software providers.
* Perform data cleansing as needed.
* Identify and reduce common errors through process changes and training.
* Compliance
* Implement quality assurance processes to promote high quality and continuous improvement.
* Ensure effective service delivery with clear monitoring and auditing procedures.
