Join us to achieve more in your career while proudly building Britain's future heritage The Building Services Manager Role As a vital member of our project team, reporting to the Project Building Services Manager, you will take charge of the commissioning management and handover of MEP packages. Your mission? Ensure systems are fully operational, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards. Your role will encompass: Leading and managing the commissioning programme, ensuring all systems are tested, validated, and signed off according to contractual obligations and project timelines. Chairing and attending regular commissioning meetings to drive progress and resolve issues promptly. Reviewing subcontractor commissioning plans, drawings, and technical submissions for compliance and practicality. Coordinating ME&PH commissioning activities with other trades to avoid delays and ensure seamless integration. Ensuring installations meet quality standards and comply with legislation, codes of practice, and guides (e.g., BREEAM, CIBSE, BSRIA). Your Profile We are looking for someone who brings: Proven experience in commissioning management across complex projects, including clean rooms. Strong technical and design expertise in MEP services and process engineering. Qualifications: HNC or Degree in Building Services or a related discipline. Skills in 3D modelling and familiarity with off-site manufacturing approaches. Competence in 4projects or similar Common Data Environment.
