Au sein d'un groupe en forte croissance, dans un secteur d'activité à mission environnementale qui encourage les talents, Energy Pool recrute en contrat local à durée indéterminée un(e) Chief Development Officer pour assurer le développement de l'entreprise en Espagne .

Vous aurez pour objectifs de développer les activités tant en envergure qu'en rentabilité avec une équipe que vous recruterez et dirigerez. Vous solliciterez l'assistance nécessaire auprès des équipes support d'Energy Pool.

Dans une première phase, avec le soutien actif de l'équipe de Développement International située en Savoie, le/la Chief Development Officer aura principalement et simultanément à :

• Développer un portefeuille de prospects/clients basé sur les offres existantes d'Energy Pool en Europe.

• Définir de nouvelles offres de gestion de l'énergie adaptées au marché espagnol.

• Suivre les évolutions réglementaires relatives à l'accès au marché de la flexibilité de la demande par les agrégateurs indépendants

• Favoriser le pool énergétique en faisant pression sur le régulateur CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) et sur le gestionnaire de transport REE de manière indépendante et/ou en coordination avec les associations professionnelles locales.

• Explorer des partenariats stratégiques locaux pour accélérer le développement.

Au fur et à mesure que le CDO développe l'Espagne se développe, il ou elle pourra assumer les responsabilités de Country Manager Espagne et mettre en place une équipe opérationnelle locale à travers l'entité juridique existante.

Les indispensables:

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une école d’Ingénieur ou de commerce avec une forte appétence pour les sujets techniques/complexes et commerciaux

Vous avez une culture financière importante

Vous disposez de 10 ans d'expérience minimum dans une fonction de direction au sein d'une PME/ETI en forte croissance,

Vous êtes bilingue en espagnol, vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais et de français professionnels (C1).


Et idéalement:

Vous avez une expérience dans le secteur de l’énergie et la décarbonation des processus,

Vous connaissez les grands acteurs de l'énergie ainsi que les parties prenantes (politiques, réglementaires...).

Mobilité : Des déplacements seront fréquents.
