The Role: As a Special Needs Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work in small class sizes, with a maximum of 6 pupils, alongside 3 dedicated teaching assistants and a collaborative team of professionals. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and a sense of community.
