Software Engineering Lead - Scrum / Coaching / Azure / C#

Tadworth - 3 days office based

£75-85k pa + benefits

We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead with experience combining people management with hands-on development to coach and inspire a team of talented Software Engineers.

Leading Engineers who develop innovative solutions used business wide you will:

  • Build a cross-functional team
  • Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders and SMEs
  • Work with architects and team members to agree the overall design of new products and features that aligns with technical strategy
  • Perform the role of Scrum Master for the team
  • Proactively remove team delivery impediments
  • Perform sprint delivery tasks to support the team in achieving their goals, being hands-on technically where necessary.
  • Lead recruitment activities, new starter onboarding and team composition planning

Key technologies include Azure, Data Factory, Data Flow, Databricks, Azure SQL, Elastic Search, Synapse .Net C#, asp.net, App Services, Azure API Management Services

You should also have an awareness of CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Atlassian Suite

To be successful you will have a passion for developing and mentoring team members as well as producing best in class solutions.

You will have a passion for software engineering, working collaboratively and utilising Agile methodologies and tools.
