As an experienced Construction Lawyer with a minimum of seven years post-qualification experience, this role beckons you to apply your expertise within a dynamic and globally-recognised team.

This senior associate position is tailored for a legal professional specialising in non-contentious construction matters. The firm's expansive portfolio includes a myriad of international projects, providing a stimulating environment for you to thrive and further develop your career.

Your role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive legal advice to a diverse clientele, including construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and their insurers. You will navigate through various industry sectors, ensuring your clients are well-equipped with sound legal guidance.

The firm seeks an individual with a robust understanding of procurement routes and a proven track record in advising on engineering and construction documentation. Your day-to-day will involve drafting and negotiating consultants' appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third party rights, and security documentation. In addition, your expertise in joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation, and alliance agreements will be invaluable to the firm and its clients.
