Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Foster creativity and artistic expression through a diverse range of media.
  • Prepare students for GCSE Art coursework and examinations.
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with the wider teaching team to create cross-curricular projects.
  • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their artistic growth.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism in Art with experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • A passion for inspiring creativity and artistic skills in young people.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
