Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager at Ferndene Care Home.
Ferndene Care Home is a purpose built nursing and residential home, providing care and nursing support to older people and people living with dementia. The home is based within the residential area of Gainsborough DN21, and is commutable from areas including Retford, Doncaster and Lincoln.
CQC Rating: GOOD
Hours : This is a full-time position comprising of a minimum of 1 nursing shift per week and supernumerary hours, with a share of on call duties. Nursing shift times: 07:45-20:00
As a Deputy Manager your days will be varied, and responsibilities will include but are not limited to, working with the Management team to ensure the highest level of care and support is maintained. We are looking for a Nurse qualified candidate with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, the ability to oversee and monitor all nursing and treatment areas, and experience working with comprehensive governance processes.
Required : Driving licence and use of a vehicle
