The Company Our client is a boutique brand experience agency who specialise in events, 3D design and build, branding and graphics, servicing a large array of high end clients. As an agency they are a forward thinking and creative business with the aim to inspire and excite the audience. Producing a variety of projects from conferences, road shows and launches to experiential and PR campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly team orientated, fun loving working environment and get the chance to work on some inspiring projects. The Role As part of their expansion plans, they now have an exciting and immediate requirement for an experienced Event Manager to join the dynamic and busy team. Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be working within a fantastic team of creatives and as the Event Manager you will be responsible for managing a range of event projects, from meetings and presentations to large conferences and experiential events, including; Management of all project elements from initial client briefing through to completion Briefing and management of suppliers and other departments Liaison with clients, suppliers and venues Costing and management of budgets On-site management Post event evaluation and reporting Budget management The Candidate The ideal candidate should have agency experience managing the end to end delivery of corporate and experiential events with a fun loving approach to their work You will have: A good understanding of AV and conference productionExcellent communication skills
