You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre, ensuring productivity, cost efficiency, health & safety, and performance targets are met to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making, driving the distribution centre towards long-term success.
What you’ll need
- Proven leadership and management experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
- Previous change management / transformational change experience
- The ability to drive continuous improvement and quality culture
Other Information
- Salary – 80k – 100k
- Working hours - Monday to Friday
- Contract – 12-month FTC, with the potential to be made permanent.
