Provide technical oversight and ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions delivered.
Continuously assess and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and promote best practices in Salesforce project management.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically within enterprise Salesforce environments.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, capabilities, and best practices.
Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
