Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Join our busy Business Administration team as a Business Administrator working in our Taunton Hospital offices and play your part in building a healthier nation.
As a Business Administrator you will:Assist in the financial administration of patient accounts
Work with the theatre team to ensure the correct coding of patient accounts
Ensure that information received from external stakeholders (e.g. medical secretaries, patients) meets the minimum level of compliance
Check and update where necessary, the details provided by our patients to the invoicing system
Help with month end tasks
Resolve Data Quality issues
Support any other Business Administration requirements within the department.
To succeed as a Business Administrator, you will:
Have experience in working in a busy customer business support function
Be a confident communicator with proven experience of dealing with customer queries
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Be confident in working with numbers and large volumes of data
Be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths,
Have an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
Have excellent IT skills (Outlook/Excel/Word)
Have a strong attention to detail
Ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders within the business
