Legendre UK is a Main Contractor established in 2015 as part of the growing focus of the Legendre group on the international market. Our head office is based in Chancery Lane, London, and from this central place, we run our projects which are focused on the M25 and the surroundings. Our core activities are contracting and development across a range of sectors but in particular residential, commercial and hospitality both new and refurb.
We rely on a diverse team of 40 individuals who have been operating in London and the UK for more than 15 years complemented by a strong in-house engineering hub (Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP engineers) to support our clients in optimising their schemes. Our approach is simple: we are transparent, allowing us to focus our energy on finding solutions rather than creating problems Our supply chain is based around a mix of self-delivery (RC Frame, steel frame, MEP), strong local partners and international suppliers. Our approach is different: we bring the versatility and the agility of a SME combined with the financial strength and expertise of a large international group.
Thinking of going to College We have a role for you: Apprentice Building Services Technician. While studying towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering Senior Technician, you will be working on a construction site in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to join a dynamic team where you will be able to put in practice your academic skills and grow within the business.
The Apprentice Building Services Technician will be supervised by the MEP Manager and will assist to complete the construction project:
• High level of quality and safety,
• They monitor the installation on site and report to the MEP Manager any deviations from the plan namely in terms of quality and activities progress. They participate in the control of every step of the construction site from the file review to works receipt.
After completing the Level 4 Building Services Engineering Senior Technician Apprenticeship, you will be able to work as on a construction site. You will be able to participate to all the different stages: pre-construction, design, procurement, site management and completion. Personal Qualities:
• Level 3 Qualification (A Levels or BTEC)

Training to be provided:
Legendre UK will provide H&S mandatory training and will support the student in their career development.
