Position Overview

The company is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager with a focus on Google Ad Manager . The ideal candidate does not need to be highly senior, as the role involves tasks that do not require extensive client-facing experience. The role will focus on ad trafficking and manual ad monitoring .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Trafficking: Managing the flow of ad requests from clients, ensuring ads are properly set up and uploaded onto the internal system.
  • Google Ad Manager Operations: Putting up ads using Google Ad Manager. No need for in-depth client experience.
  • Manual Monitoring: Actively overseeing the ads' performance and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Proof Checking: Double-checking the ad materials provided by clients for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Client Communication: Minimal client interaction, mainly confirming details of the ads being sent over. There will be some coordination with clients for clarifications and proof-checking.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience in Google Ad Manager .
  • Familiarity with digital ad trafficking .
  • Strong attention to detail for manual monitoring and proof-checking tasks.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract .

Timeline:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 3 months, with a possibility of extension depending on project needs.
  • Location: West London
