The Creative Lead will work with a dynamic team of designers, copywriter, and multimedia specialists to develop innovative and compelling visual and written content. Working closely with the Content Manager, this role involves managing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, and delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Motivate and inspire a team of creatives to use and develop their talents effectively, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
  • Align with all teams, including marketing, retail, press, and partnerships, to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Serve as a main point of contact between the creative team and other departments.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse content including digital campaigns, social media graphics, videos, and more.
  • Manage the creative budget, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Work with the Content Manager to articulate and present final concepts and deliverables for approval from stakeholders and/or incorporate feedback efficiently.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a creative role in in a similar industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • A healthy passion of the luxury industry, taking references and staying in the know of big moments, trends, compelling campaigns, etc.
  • Strong leadership abilities and organisational skills with the ability to receive, respond, change, and act upon critical feedback.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
