Product Testing: Use the product from an underwriter's perspective to test new functionality, ensuring it aligns with the underwriters' needs and enhances usability.
Proven experience working in a commercial lines insurance environment is essential. Analytical Proficiency : You should have a track record of working on complex systems, performing thorough analysis, understanding the importance of user journeys and requirements from the customer’s perspective. A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are essential. Creative Vision: You should be a creative thinker with a forward-looking vision. Your ability to envision innovative solutions and think outside the box is instrumental in shaping the future of underwriting in commercial insurance.
Proficiency in visualizing user interfaces and experiences is beneficial.
Software Development Background: Prior experience in software development is an asset. Although not mandatory, a background in software development provides valuable insights into the technical aspects of product innovation.
Educational Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Your educational background demonstrates your foundational knowledge and expertise in technical and analytical fields.
