Electrical Site Manager

M&E Main Contractor

Are you an experienced and dynamic Electrical Site Manager looking to advance your career with London's most reputable M&E Main Contractor? We are representing a leading company specializing in both residential and commercial projects valued between 500K and 5M. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a distinguished team that is renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
Project Leadership: Oversee the electrical components of residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and budgetary allocations.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and other relevant personnel, fostering collaboration and efficient workflow.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations for all electrical installations.
Coordination and Planning: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to effectively coordinate electrical activities, resolving any issues that may arise.
Budget and Resource Management: Take charge of the electrical project budget, materials procurement, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely project completion.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to electrical installations and implement strategies to mitigate and maintain project integrity.
Regularly update senior management on project progress, challenges, and significant milestones.
A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical construction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in overseeing complex electrical installations in residential and commercial projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve project objectives.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
