Site SupervisorLocation – Norfolk

Ideally we would be looking for people who live within daily travelling distance to Norfolk J. Murphy and Sons is looking for a site supervisor to work on our on shore windfarm project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising contracts ensuring they are completed safely.
  • Oversee day-to-day site activities, and staff organisation.
  • Manage team activity ensuring work is completed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Previous experience supervising projects
  • Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage.
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when needed.
  • UK driving licence.

Package:

  • Rates open to discussion.
  • 39-hour Standard working week
  • 45 hours working week
  • Time and a half any hours over 39hours.
  • Double time Sundays.
  • 30 days holiday + other Murphy benefits
