VANRATH are delighted to be working with our highly-valued engineering/manufacturing client as they search for an HR & Payroll Officer to join their growing HR function.



You will be responsible for:

  • Initiating and implementing continuous improvement ideas
  • Liaise effectively with global payroll and systems partners
  • Maintain and update the Time & Attendance and HR Systems
  • Prepare and process the monthly Payroll in compliance with relevant rules and regulations and to required deadlines
  • Provide support to the HR Team
  • Support engagement activities across the site in line with our People Strategy
  • Train and support supervisors and managers on payroll and T&A systems to drive efficiency in our processes
  • Update benefits providers with membership details and changes
