Temporary Civil Enforcement Officer x 2 – Parking Services Job Ref: Merton 5248428 Pay Rate: £18.04 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 35 Monday to Friday, normal working hours Role Length: This opening assignment is for 4-5 months City: Morden, London Standard DBS disclosure required for this role Candidates must be able to participate in a rota system, covering the hours of 0645-2300, Monday to Saturday and 1 Sunday in 8. Train and/or assist in the training of other staff.
Issue Penalty Charge Notices as appropriate for contravention of parking, loading and waiting regulations using handheld computer terminals or hand written tickets as required. To ensure computer equipment and printers are correctly used.
Issue leaflets or warning notices to parked vehicles as required.
Operate on a rota system as allocated by the Parking Services Manager.
Use office technology as requested.
Ensure that Corporate and Departmental Health and Safety policies are implemented at all times and to raise any concerns regarding their operation, or any other Health and Safety matters, with the appropriate line manager.
