Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of Year 6 students and promote their academic and personal development. Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected. Assessing student progress regularly and using this feedback to inform future teaching. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Building positive relationships with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well-being. Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and keep up-to-date with current educational research and trends.Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a Year 6 classroom. Knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience with preparing students for SATs exams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
