Recruitment Consultant, Asset & Wealth Management

The Marketing Operations Director will work in partnership with the Global Marketing and Communications team to focus on planning, oversight, and delivery of integrated projects. This includes oversight of key operational and administrative functions, building robust processes and procedures. This exciting and newly created role requires an understanding of how various marketing and communications disciplines work together to deliver on objectives. You will need to establish close working relationships with stakeholders across the business to become a trusted partner.

Stakeholders include Global Marketing and Communications, Research & Strategy, Fund Management, Product Development, Investor Relations, Investor Services, Finance, Regional COOs, Global Funds Team, and Legal and Compliance teams.

Role and Accountabilities: 

  • Project Management
  • Budget management
  • Strategic operational programmes

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in an in-house marketing and communications function preferably at an institutional investment manager
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
  • A self-starter who is confident working through ambiguity to evaluate and develop clear processes and plans
  • A results and action-orientated approach; ability to drive projects through to completion, adhering to budgets and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of workflow management tools
  • Experience of marketing automation technology, content management systems and CRM platforms is beneficial
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, and high attention to detail
