Job Description

Personal Tax Manager

  • Managing and overseeing the personal tax department
  • Assisting clients with their tax planning strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations
  • Providing advice on tax implications of business decisions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Managing and mentoring junior staff members
  • Working closely with other departments to deliver comprehensive client services
  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Tax Manager should have:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Solid experience in personal tax within a professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
