ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced, flexible and passionate educators to join our team as Casual Relief Teachers in a progressive, supportive and well resourced educational environment.

This position requires a teacher to have the ability to effectively replace classroom teachers throughout the Middle and Senior Schools, from Year 6 to Year 12.

The successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to best practice in teaching and possess a goal oriented and evidence based approach to improving student learning outcomes.

This is a casual role, commencing in Term 2, 2024, in a progressive, supportive and well-resourced educational environment.

ABOUT YOU

You are an outstanding educator who can lead by example and model exceptional practice. You are able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of curriculum content, approaches and teaching practices. A genuine passion for meeting the educational needs of students is required.

You will also have:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Certificate of Teacher Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
  • Anaphylaxis training certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in working with students, staff and parents.
  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills coupled with adaptability to deal with the unexpected.
  • Experience in the delivery of pastoral, academic and co-curricular programs and fostering a dynamic learning community committed to the development of the whole person.
