As a member of the Operations team for Crypto trading, the focus of the Customer Success team is on providing 24/7 support to clients around the world.
The core services provided by the Customer Success team are as follows:
Management and prioritisation of on-going issues and to triage more complex problems.
To provide support with onboarding and customer support documentation.
2 years plus experience in a Customer Success or Technical Account Management role with expert knowledge of the front-to-back trade processing cycle.
~ Product knowledge of FX, Rates, Equities or other financial markets asset class and/or Cryptocurrencies / Digital Assets.
~ Experience with SQL or VBA.
~ Strong client facing, relationship management and communication skills.
