To be successful in this position it's essential to have a strong technical background through which you can will help customise solutions for partners.
Key responsibilities
Leading the writing and success of BID processes - specifcally gearing these to suit public sector bids.
Managing a junior team of BID and junior solution teams, determining team growth.
Technical consultation - aiding the companies partners by supporting and advising how ev charging solutions fit within their business plans
Acting as the bridge between company product teams, technical teams and partners to allow smooth communication
Represent the company from a commercial and technical forum to showcase technology in the field
Bid submission and council support - collaborate with bid management and liaises with local councils to secure BID agreements.
Tech risk assessment - be involved in technical risk assessments and understand these in depth from business and technical perspectives.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a technical advisory position - could be pre sales or bid related role.
Background working to secure public sector and government body projects.
Good understanding of the electric vehicle charging industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
