Location: Shoreditch, London

Type: Hybrid (Monday’s + Fridays WFH all other days in office)

Salary: £28 - 32k p.a. (dependent on experience)

About Us

Waf. is a buzzing boutique events agency nestled in the heart of Shoreditch.We’re on a mission to create events that spark genuine human connections, and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help us spread the word. 

Role Overview

Are you a marketing maven with a flair for creativity and a hunger to make waves? We need someone with the energy, drive, and boldness to lead our marketing efforts. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing strategy, working closely with our founder and head of department to bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to coordinate wider marketing strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Develop and manage content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand voice.
  • Drive social media strategy, engagement, and growth.
  • Liaise with photographers/videographers to shoot content.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and push boundaries.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year + experience in a marketing role
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills that make people stop and take notice.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a love for the hustle.
  • Strong organisational skills and a knack for juggling multiple projects.
  • A deep connection to the creative industry and the drive to make a real impact.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
