We are working with a lovely events agency, based in South-West London, looking for a Mid-Level 2D Designer to join the widely talented creative team. The Designer will be a core part of the Design and Creative team, working with a variety of global projects on behalf of huge brands, driving consumer experiences. The core of the role will be contributing to the design of these experiences, representing brands and staying on trend to align with industry demands.

Key Aspects :

Contribute to the creative direction to a variety of projects, understanding and enhancing the brand at it's core

Manage the creative concepts into 2D design, dealing with any amends from client feedback, to ensure project success

Contribute to the agencies creative vision, ensuring brand and creative standards are

implemented consistently across projects.

Support the team to ensure client responses are driven by unique ideas, and create

compelling presentations to pitch with

Driving unique and innovative event concepts

Work collaboratively to incorporate a strong graphical language into various event elements, including 3D environments and more

Balance creativity with practical solutions for production and challenging briefs

Support graphic designers and artworkers, approving all 2D creative, concepts, and artwork, and act as a sounding board to foster growth within the 2D team.

Key Experience:

Experience in a similar environment creating and delivering graphic outputs across a multitude of touch points for live project work, as well as pitch and internal comms

Proven high attention to detail

Previous 2D work on events is essential

Being commercially minded and know how to get the best out of a project and budget

Additional experience in areas like animation and digital design is a plus.

Proven ability to interpret client briefs accurately and represent big brands in high-pressure situations

You have excellent communication skills and can succinctly present and articulate your

design and idea

Maintain an open mind and a positive "can-do" attitude, especially when faced with

challenging tasks

Be capable of guiding and supporting more junior designers

Be able to manage your own time and multiple projects simultaneously

The role is on-site, in South West London. Experience in events is critical.
