A Quantity Surveyor is required within the commercial team of a leading contractor in the Aberdeen area.
The organisation has been operational for over 25 years, specialising in high-end, tailored projects across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Energy, Education, Industrial and Healthcare. This contractor is renowned for high-quality workmanship, delivering luxury and inspired bespoke projects, while offering unrivalled client experience through excellent customer service and attention to detail.

A focus on quality and customer service has resulted in an excellent reputation, which has led to a packed-out order book. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the QS will be responsible for understanding, quantifying, budgeting and managing the costs of a variety of projects. The role will involve working closely with internal project management, and fellow members of the commercial team as well as liaising closely with external clients and project teams. This is a fast-paced and varied role, the day-to-day responsibilities will vary according to the stage and type of project.

Applicants are required to have a minimum HND in Quantity Surveying or similar previous experience in a QS role within a relevant sector.
