Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Contract Type: Permanent
We are seeking a talented Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and provide maintenance and building services engineering to various commercial sites throughout Staffordshire.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to continuously improve your skills and advance your career.
Responsibility for AC and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames
* Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance including fabric and other related tasks
* Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
* Undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients' AC systems
* Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding
* Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Ensure that all AC equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria
* Full UK Driving licence
