Job Title: Managing Director Location: Kent, United Kingdom Salary and Package Negotiable + Profit Share. About the Company: Our Client is a reputable company specializing in masonry and brickwork solutions for new build Construction projects. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we have established ourselves as leaders within their field We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our team and drive our company towards further success. Role Overview: As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in guiding the company towards achieving its goals and maintaining its position as an industry leader reporting into board level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the company by working with the board of directors to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to promote the growth and profitability of the company.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company against strategic objectives and financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in masonry and brickwork.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or similar.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
