Are you passionate about water safety and ensuring a positive experience for swimmers? Join 4Leisure Recruitment as a Lifeguard in Essex. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive team environment.
Salary: £13.45 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing accidents and responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Supervise swimming activities and enforce pool rules to maintain a safe environment.
  • Conduct regular checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns from pool users.
Requirements:
  • Strong swimming ability.
  • NPLQ certificate (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) preferred.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
