Job Description:

Our esteemed law firm client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic NQ-2QE Personal Injury Solicitor to join their Birmingham office. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading personal injury team within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, primarily focused on defendant EL/PL claims.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to assist on complex claims including stress, bullying, harassment, patient assaults, sexual and physical abuse, and breaches of the Human Rights Act and Data Protection Act.
  • Engaging in litigation processes and representing clients in court.
  • Collaborating with a team of experienced solicitors and partners to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Newly Qualified to 2 Years Qualified Experience (NQ-2PQE) as a solicitor.
  • Experience in personal injury claims, with a preference for defendant experience.
  • Claimant solicitors with litigated Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
