Is IT Support in a Field based role your thing? Do you have experience with both Mac and Windows OS ? My client is enthusiastic, passionate and motivated about what they do within the IT arena, and are looking for that self driven, customer focused, Field Engineer to join their established team in London
You will be self-managed with key responsibilities being site visits to customers, escalations from the service desk and Installation Projects for both new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for the on-site implementation of a wide variety of IT projects and resolution of issues escalated via the service desk. 
Support and installation ranges from home user internet connections through to multi-site hosted desktop deployments of 300+ users. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting all services and equipment such as PCs, laptops, MAC’s, network devices, printers, handheld devices such as tablets and smartphones, servers and all relevant operating systems both at customer sites and within the data centres.
Windows 7 OS, MAC OS & the MS Office suite for both
Experience of network devices including LAN switches, firewalls and routers
If you have Exchange Server 2007/2010, Citrix XenApp, Lync, VMware, and experience managing technology migration projects this is an advantage.
Must have UK driving licence
