Senior Director/Executive Director

Our client specialise in maximising the service performance of process plant and equipment, used to convey, store or process bulk solid materials within utilities, primary manufacturing and process industries. Performing to international standards of best practice with regard to quality control, environmental and health & safety, the company align themselves to the expectations of their valued customer base of internationally recognised OEMs, EPC contractors and end users, many of whom are PLC’s operating on a global basis.
Working closely with the Owner on the growth strategy and helping to successfully implement this
Being highly visible each week, in the office or travelling to see clients and new prospective customers
Director level career experience to date within industrial engineering companies, manufacturing or services – ideally currently based in the West Midlands
Someone that understands manufacturing, with the ability for example to talk knowledgably and credibly about welding and site inspections with staff and customers
A company with a strong brand in this niche area and plenty of national and international clients
An attractive long term equity incentive scheme
